Tips Memberi Obat Mata Pada Balita

Mengobati mata si kecil, baik dengan obat tetes maupun salep, memang bukan hal yang mudah. Belum apa-apa, si kecil biasanya sudah ketakutan dan tidak mau diam. Yuk, kita coba dengan cara ini.

Bila si kecil sudah berumur lebih dari 2 tahun, biasanya sudah mulai dapat diajak kerja sama. Namun, mereka umumnya tidak suka dan merasa terganggu dengan penglihatannya yang menjadi kabur setelah diolesi salep.

Untuk itu, anak yang lebih besar biasanya diberikan obat tetes mata yang diteteskan pada salah satu sudut matanya, pada waktu dia menutup mata (dengan sedikit menarik kelopak bawah mata). Jadi, ketika dia membuka mata, obat tersebut akan tersebar ke seluruh permukaan matanya.
